We have a beautiful home built by Porchfront Homes. We learned of PFH from our architect, Ann Postle of Osmosis Architecture. Our experience was amazing due to the superintendent, Ben. Mica and Mary held our hands throughout the specific design selections, and Jeff and Becca are the in-house “go to” people. We have built several homes and did an extensive remodel on another with different builders, so we are familiar with the process. PFH is very organized, flexible, kept us on track, and exceptionally helpful through the entire process. Since moving in we’ve had questions, and they are right there. We very much like the fact that their standards are high quality. 10’s on everything!!
When my husband and I embarked on our first big house remodel this year we entered the process with some trepidation after hearing so many horror stories involving building delays and general incompetency. However, our experience with the team at Porchfront Homes could not have been better.
