Tim Coonce began his career as a custom home builder and remodeler. As the company has grown, it has maintained its creative and adaptable approach to home building. In his effort to provide energy efficient, earth friendly buildings, Tim Coonce achieved certification as a Green Advantage Builder.

Mary Coonce handles operations and facilitates the selection process with the new homeowner. Over the course of construction, there are a number of options and choices available. Mary is on hand to guide the new homeowner through the process to ensure a beautiful new home.
