Paragon acted in the capacity of lead negotiator and developer for the transaction that bought and built Superior Plaza . The first step in this project was the acquisition of land and construction of the Colorado Regional Department of Transportation Regional Depot in Superior . This building contains the needed specialty equipment to keep the department's trucks up and running as well as offices and safety facilities. This project was brought in well over two hundred thousand dollars under the original budget.

The second half of the development was the construction of Superior Plaza . This highly visible building meets the financial goals of the owners and the aesthetic goals of the community. Superior Plaza is home to Old Chicago Restaurant as well as Superior Liquors.
