Who We are

The Porchfront staff and associated subcontractors are made up of building professionals who have worked together over the years to establish an approach to provide solid customer service. These professionals work “outside the box” to bring you a home that speaks to quality and functionality.

Porchfront Homes founders Tim and Mary Coonce bring more than 50 years of combined experience in residential building to Denver’s Front Range. Offering a wide range of floor plans and the personalized attention that can only come from a private, local builder guarantees that your dream home will be one of a kind.

 

Meet Our Team

Tim Coonce

Company Owner

Tim found a love for home-building almost 40 years ago when, at age 19, he flipped his first home in Tucson Arizona. Tim’s encyclopedic knowledge of residential construction and pursuit of quality have helped mold the Porchfront reputation into what it is today. Tim is a golf fanatic who shares in his wife’s affection for four-legged creatures and family.

Mary Coonce

Company Owner

Mary and her husband Tim have lived in Colorado for the past 25 years. With a background in accounting and computer science, Mary has served as Porchfront’s CFO and Customer Liason for over 20 years. She is an active board member of Attention Homes and loves spending time with her family and pets.

Brett Steury

Vice President

Brett is a native of Niwot Colorado and has worked with Porchfront for the past decade. As Vice President and site Project Manager, he has worked on everything from small cosmetic remodels to intricate multi and single family residential and commercial projects. Brett is a devoted father and an avid sportsman.

Jon Webster

Project Manager

Jon has worked for Porchfront for only a short time but has over a decade in construction experience. In addition to his work as an onsite Project Manager, he is a licensed plumber and electrician. Jon has lived in the Colorado Front Range for his entire life and will marry his fiancé in September of 2014.

Ben Beveridge

Project Manager

Ben has worked for Porchfront homes for 8 years and has been working in construction for over 15 years. Ben leads Porchfront’s remodeling division. His diverse background includes management of new construction, remodeling, and Home Depot tenant finishes across the country.Ben is passionate about his home brewing. He lives in Fort Collins with his wife and two daughters.
